Cook
(http://www.cookfood.net/) is a family-run business that firmly believes that food should be prepared using fresh ingredients and proper cooking techniques - much as you would use in your own home.

Cook approached me in January 2005 to advise them on their nutrition guide 'Cook for your Wellbeing'. The Guide is currently available in all Cook shops. Following on from its phenomenal success, we are currently working on a 'Cook for your Wellbeing - For Kids'.

"I started working with Lesley in January 2005. She was recommended to me by Michael Franklin of The Allergy and Nutrition Centre. Instantly when we spoke, I knew the relationship was going to work extremely well! Lesley is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, creative and most of all a pleasure to work with. Her advice was completely invaluable during the writing of Cook's nutrition guide and her input and commitment to the project made it the success it was. I cannot recommend her to you enough". Jennifer Perry, Nutrition Manager, Cook

"We feel very lucky to have found Lesley. She advised us on our Nutrition Guide, and combines a great knowledge with loads of experience. But most importantly, we found her to be balanced, practical and very approachable. Not scary at all, but still passionate about how much of a positive difference good nutrition can make in life". James Perry, Managing Director, Cook
